Dunton Mine Tourmaline pendant

This sterling silver freeform pendant with a 14k yellow gold accent bezel features a green tourmaline gemstone. The tourmaline was mined during the Big Find of 1972-1974 at the Dunton Mine in Newry, Maine by Plumbago Mining Corporation. The  tourmaline gemstone measures 7 x 5 mm and weighs 0.80 carats.  The pendant is 1.5 inches in length and has both polished and satin surfaces.

The pendant was designed by Joryel Vera of Ft. Lauderdale, Florida.
